Duties: Some of the duties you will be required to perform include · Assessing and delivering safe, effective and evidence-based resident-centered care following specific clinical policies and approved protocols. · Assist and receive guidance from Registered Nurses to provide and evaluate care · Documenting and reporting care procedures and patient medical information · Providing treatment, administrating medication and monitoring response to care plans PLEASE NOTE: Only successful candidates will receive a reply.
