YD Home is recruiting a Full-time Accountant
At YD Home, we specialize in the installation of floors, kitchens as well as vanity and shower panels. Additionally, YD Hardwood would be a perfect opportunity to be a one-stop service company that will help with installing, refinishing, and renovating any properties that you currently own. YD Home builds a communication platform between real estate and provides our products and services with the lowest price and best quality. Responsibilities

• Handle daily bookkeeping and accounting task.
• Cash Management: Monitor bank accounts, process daily payments and collections, and perform monthly account reconciliations.
• Monthly Accounts Receivable processing, invoicing and collections for all orders.
• Prepare financial statements, expense reports, and reconciliations
• Assist with financial analysis and compliance checks
• Provide financial data support to management

Requirements

• Relevant accounting experience (CPA not required, but hands-on experience is a must)
• Familiar with accounting procedures and basic financial software
• Bilingual in English and Chinese (both written and spoken) preferred
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently
• Must work on-site at the office
