Every pupil has Autism. Many have co-occurring SEMH needs. The school was purpose-built around a therapeutic model. That difference matters more than it sounds.Therapy here sits at the centre of school life. You will not be slotting sessions into corridors or negotiating space with timetables. You will have dedicated therapy rooms, a team that understands how to work genuinely alongside you, and leadership that values what you bring. The team around youYou will be part of a multidisciplinary team that includes specialist teachers, an occupational therapist, and pastoral staff, all of whom joined this school because they understand therapeutic practice. What you will bringYou are HCPC and RCSLT registered, working at Band 6 or 7, with experience supporting Autistic children or young people with social communication differences.
