Colours N Coats is a growing painting company specialising in high-end residential projects across Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs and Northern Beaches.We’re looking for a skilled painter who takes pride in their work and understands the level of finish required on premium homes. This is not volume project work — attention to detail is critical. Key responsibilities

• Interior and exterior painting on high-end residential projects
• Full surface preparation including patching, filling, sanding, and plastering
• Delivering a high-quality, consistent finish
• Maintaining clean, organised job sites
• Working independently or within a small professional team

Requirements (only apply if you meet these)

• Minimum 4+ years solid painting experience
• Proven experience on high-end residential projects
• Strong prep skills – fillers, plastering, patching essential
• Ability to cut in cleanly and produce a flawless finish
• Good English communication
• Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
• ABN required
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
