Overview

We are looking for a talented and driven Data Scientist to join our dynamic team. As a Data Scientist, you will be responsible for analyzing large datasets, developing predictive models, and generating actionable insights that influence business strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions.

Responsibilities

Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms to solve business problems.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into data science projects.
Build and optimize data pipelines and workflows to support advanced analytics.
Conduct exploratory data analysis and present findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate key metrics and performance indicators.
Stay current with the latest developments in data science, machine learning, and AI.
Work with engineering and IT teams to deploy models and integrate them into existing systems.
Mentor junior data scientists and provide guidance on best practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar analytical role.

Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.

Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.

Proficient in data manipulation and analysis using tools like SQL, Pandas, or Spark.

Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Matplotlib.

Strong understanding of statistical methods and data mining techniques.

Ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and actionable manner.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
