- Develop and execute comprehensive public relations campaigns aligned with organisational goals.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, and industry influencers.
- Draft, edit, and distribute press releases, media kits, and other communication materials.
- Monitor media coverage and analyse the impact of PR activities to inform future strategies.
- Organise press conferences, interviews, and promotional events to maximise media exposure.
- Manage organisational social media channels, ensuring consistent messaging across platforms.
- Provide media training and guidance to senior management and spokespeople.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure brand consistency across all communications.
- Handle crisis communication effectively, providing timely responses to protect organisational reputation.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in public relations or related communications field Minimum 2 years Uk.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong understanding of media landscapes and digital communication channels.
- Ability to build rapport quickly with media professionals and internal stakeholders.
- Organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of current trends in public relations, social media, and digital marketing tools.
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism or a related discipline is preferred but not essential.
