Vascular Surgeon/Interventional Cardiologist/Interventional Radiologist

Position OverviewWe are seeking a full-time Physician to join an established, high-volume practice specializing in venous interventions and dialysis access.Compensation:

• $400,000.00 to $450,000.00
• $1M earning potential

We are actively considering physicians with training in:

• Vascular Surgery
• Interventional Cardiology
• Interventional Radiology
• Perform venous interventions, including simple and complex stent placement
• Manage inpatient consults (~2–3 per day)
• Treat adult patients with superficial, deep, and complex venous disease
• Participate in a collaborative, team-based care model
• No day or night admissions required

Practice Highlights

• High-volume venous practice (~75 new patients/month)
• 100% adult patient population
• Dedicated NP team handles first call
• Established team of experienced physicians and APP support
• Access to advanced technology including C-Arm and IVUS
• Telemedicine capabilities available

Schedule & Call

• Full-time schedule
• Very light call (mostly phone-based)
• Shared call rotation (1:4)
• Evenings and weekends generally free outside of light call coverage

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $400,000 – $450,000
• Annual increases of $50,000, up to $600,000 guaranteed
• Full benefits package (details provided during interview)

Qualifications

• Board Certified / Board Eligible in one of the following:
• Vascular Surgery
• Interventional Cardiology
• Interventional Radiology
• Interest or experience in venous disease and interventions
• Eligible for medical licensure in Mississippi
