Senior Investment Analyst / Investment Analyst

Omnam Group is a real estate investment and development firm with a focus on luxury and high-end hospitality.
We are growing our London-based investment team and looking for a talented analyst to join us at either: Investment Analyst or Senior Investment Analyst level, depending on experience.This is a hands-on role with direct exposure to the full real estate and hotel development lifecycle, working closely with VPs and the Chief Investment Officer on live transactions and strategic initiatives.
About The RoleYou will be involved in all stages of the investment process, from sourcing and underwriting new opportunities to supporting deal execution and investor communication. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who wants to develop deep expertise in real estate and hospitality investment within a lean, high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain detailed financial models and cash flow analyses on prospective investments (IRRs, promote structures, sensitivity tables, etc.)
• Prepare investment memos and business plans for the C-Suite and external investment partners
• Conduct comprehensive real estate and market analysis to support investment decisions
• Maintain a pipeline database of new investment opportunities
• Compile and analyse complex financial data for client proposals and strategic plans
• Collaborate with development and asset management teams on project timelines and deliverables
• Support deal execution across all stages: origination, due diligence, structuring, negotiation, and closing
• Contribute to the presentation of investment results to external partners

Previous Experience

• Previous relevant experience in Investment banking, Real estate Investment management, Private equity, Transaction services advisory, or Hotel feasibility/development preferred
• Proven exposure to a rigorous financial environment, ideally involving high-value transactions
• Project management or transaction execution experience is a plus

Key Skills & Education

• BA or MA in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or Hospitality Management from a leading university preferred
• Advanced Excel skills with a meticulous approach to financial modelling
• Strong analytical and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly to senior stakeholders
• Collaborative team player who is also a proactive self-starter
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working to tight deadlines
• Genuine interest in hospitality and the luxury real estate sector

Requirements

• Excellent written and spoken English; an additional European language is an advantage
