  • Identify and generate new business leads through research, networking, and outreach activities
  • Develop tailored proposals and presentations to meet client needs
  • Negotiate terms and close sales agreements with prospective clients
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products or services
  • Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities
  • Manage a sales pipeline efficiently using organisational tools and CRM systems
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the organisation’s offerings
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client queries promptly and professionally

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in B2B sales or business development roles
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Valid driving licence and the ability to travel as required
  • Proficiency in IT systems, including CRM software and MS Office suite
  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Customer service orientation with the ability to build long-term relationships
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Knowledge of industry-specific products or services is advantageous but not essential
