Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist located in Cincinnati, OH. The Human Resources Specialist will handle day-to-day HR functions, including implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, overseeing personnel management, and ensuring compliance with workplace regulations. The role also involves fostering a positive work environment, supporting recruitment processes, and contributing to HR initiatives focused on employee well-being and organizational effectiveness.
Qualifications

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) processes and standards
• 0-2 years experience in HR Management and implementing HR Policies
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits administration
• Strong skills in Personnel Management and employee relations
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a dynamic environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification is a plus
• Familiarity with HR software and tools is an advantage
• This position is open to H1B Sponsorship and OPT/CPT accepted
• Salary range for this position is between $55,000 and $65,000, actual salary would be based on the experience and knowledge the candidate has for this role.
