The Opportunity

• Join a well-established and expanding US tax team with a strong presence in the Australian market
• Work with a diverse client base, including high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, and internationally mobile clients
• Gain exposure to both compliance and advisory work, with increasing focus on complex cross-border planning
• Play a key role in the continued growth of the Sydney practice

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of US-connected individuals and businesses
• Deliver high-quality compliance while supporting advisory work across:
  • US/Australia and broader cross-border tax issues
  • Expatriate tax and global mobility
  • Foreign reporting and structuring considerations
• Build strong, long-term client relationships
• Mentor and develop junior team members
• Support business development initiatives and contribute to team growth

What We're Looking For

• Strong experience in US Tax, ideally in an international or expatriate-focused environment
• Qualifications such as EA, CPA, or equivalent
• Knowledge of cross-border tax issues (US/AU or US/global)
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and lead engagements
• Commercial mindset with an interest in developing further advisory capability
