FULL TIME COOKS/CHEFS WANTED!!!Finest Group trading as Lakeside Forbes located at 20 wambat st Forbes,NSW 2871 is currently seeking talented and dedicated Full Time Chefs/Cook for the daily operation of our busy kitchen.Major duties of Chef:● Direct and coordinate food or beverage preparation● Analyse recipes to assign prices to menu items, based on food, labour, and overhead costs.● Prepare and cook foods in quantity of all types, either on a regular basis or for special guests or functions.● Based on customers preferences, develop menu.● Enforce OH&S and hygiene regulations.● Inspect facilities or equipment for regulatory compliance.● Requisition stock, materials, supplies or equipment.● Recruit and hire staff, including cooks and another kitchen worker.● Schedule employee work hours by coordinating activities.● Supervise and coordinate activities of cooks and workers engaged in food preparation.● Demonstrate new cooking techniques and equipment to staff.● Inspect supplies, equipment, and work areas to ensure conformance to established.standards.● Meet with customers to discuss menus for special occasions.Work experience: At least two years’ Experience in a fast-paced kitchen is preferredEducation/Skills: Relevant QualificationsSalary: A$65,000 – A$75,000+ 10.5% SuperannuationAnnual Leave: 4 weeksWorking Hours: 38 Hrs per weekInterested candidates, please send your resume to bishalchef@hotmail.comJob Type: Full-timePay: $65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per yearBenefits:
