We distribute across major retail store & grocery stores throughout southern and central England. Role PurposeWe’re looking for an experienced flatbread maker with expert-level proficiency in Nool Porotta, Malabar Porotta, and Paratha. You’ll produce high-quality flatbreads at commercial scale, meet production targets, and maintain food safety standards. Key Responsibilities

Work Location: In person
- Produce Nool Porotta, Malabar Porotta, and Paratha to consistent high standards
- Prepare dough to recipe with correct hydration and resting times
- Operate production equipment safely and efficiently
- Carry out quality checks on texture, layering, and finish
- Maintain a clean, hygienic workstation
- Complete production records accurately
- Support packaging and cold storage of finished products
- Report any issues to the supervisor promptly
Required Skills & Experience
- Expert hands-on experience making Nool Porotta, Malabar Porotta, and Paratha
- Deep understanding of dough techniques, resting, and layering
- Sound knowledge of food hygiene and safety
- Ability to work at pace while maintaining quality
- Physically fit and comfortable standing for extended periods
- Reliable and punctual
