Speech Pathology is a warm, family‑centred paediatric practice based in the Maroubra and Northern Illawarra. We support children aged 0–18 through evidence‑based, neurodiversity‑affirming therapy that celebrates strengths, builds confidence, and empowers families.Our approach is playful, relational and community‑anchored and we’re growing. With increasing demand for both in‑clinic and Telehealth services, we’re looking for a passionate Speech Pathologist to join our team.If you love working with children, value connection, and want to make a meaningful impact in a supportive coastal clinic, we’d love to meet you.The RoleYou will provide high‑quality assessment and intervention for children and young people across a range of communication needs, including:

• Early language
• Speech sound disorders
• Stuttering
• Language delays and disorders
• Social communication
• Literacy foundations
• Autism‑related communication support
• School readiness

You’ll work closely with families, educators, schools, GPs, paediatricians, and NDIS partner network to deliver therapy that is functional, fun, and grounded in best practice.This role includes a mix of in‑clinic sessions, community visits, school, home and Telehealth appointments depending on your strengths and preferences.What We’re Looking ForWe’re seeking someone who is:

Essential RequirementsTo join our team, you must have:

• ✔ Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology (recognised in Australia)
• ✔ Membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)
• ✔ Valid Working With Children Check (WWCC)
• ✔ Current Australian driver’s licence
• ✔ Professional indemnity and public liability insurance
• ✔ Strong written and verbal communication skills
• ✔ Commitment to ethical, family‑centred practice

Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: $90,000.00 – $120,000.00 per yearBenefits:
