Job Title: EAM / IBM Maximo Admin SME

Location: West Palm Beach, FL (Onsite)

Job Type: Contract (W2)

Rate: $50/hr on W2

Experience: 15+ Years (Java: 12+ Years Mandatory)

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly experienced EAM / IBM Maximo Admin SME with strong expertise in enterprise asset management solutions and Java technologies. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IBM Maximo implementations, upgrades, and support across large-scale enterprise environments.

Required Skills:

• 15+ years of experience in EAM and enterprise applications
• Strong expertise in IBM Maximo (7.x, 6.x), TSRM, SCCD
• Experience in Maximo functional modules: Work Orders, Inventory, Assets, Financials, PM, Security, Administration
• Hands-on experience with Maximo installation, upgrade, and data migration
• Experience with Maximo Anywhere 7.6.x (installation, configuration, customization)
• Strong Java experience (JDBC, Servlets, JSP, Struts) – 12+ years mandatory
• Experience with WebSphere (clustering, load balancing, high availability)
• DB2 HADR configuration and database management
• Experience with integration and enterprise system architecture
• Knowledge of SAP PM/MM, Infor EAM, TRIRIGA

Nice to Have:

• Experience with BIRT, Actuate reporting tools
• Experience with Power BI
• Exposure to enterprise mobility, BI, and data analytics

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and support IBM Maximo solutions
• Perform system upgrades, installations, and data migration
• Manage and support Maximo environments within SLA
• Work on requirement analysis, development, testing, and deployment
• Ensure system performance, scalability, and high availability
