- Casual Bar Supervisor positions (20 - 25 hours/week), leading to full-time.
- Full-time Bar Supervisor positions (2) for experienced individuals with over 3 years of bar and management experience.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in bar and restaurant operations.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Flexibility to work 7 days a week, including weekends and evenings.
- For full-time positions, a commitment of 3-4 years is desired.

Wages: based on Restaurant Industry Award 2024 Standards
- Casual L5: $36.09 per hour.
- Full-Time: Salary based on minimum 38 hours per week. Holiday and personal leave accrued pro-rata, with salary determined by level of experience.
