In this rewarding role, you will support elderly individuals and people living with disabilities to live independently and with dignity. You will work in home care, community settings, or supported accommodation environments.Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care (showering, dressing, grooming, toileting)
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and daily living activities
- Support clients with community access and social engagement
- Follow individualised care plans and document progress
- Assist with medication (where qualified)
- Maintain a safe, respectful, and client-focused environment
Skills & Requirements
- Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Disability, or Individual Support (or equivalent)
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant work experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Current First Aid & CPR certificate
- National Police Check and relevant clearances (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid driver’s licence (preferred)
- A genuine passion for providing high-quality care
