Job OverviewWe are seeking detail-oriented and highly responsible Trading Execution Specialists to support our trading operations. This role is critical in ensuring accurate and timely execution of orders, maintaining smooth communication between traders and internal teams, and minimizing operational risks.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately input, monitor, and manage trading orders in real time
• Ensure all trades are executed in compliance with internal policies and exchange regulations
• Communicate effectively with traders to confirm order details and execution status
• Monitor market conditions and assist traders with order adjustments when necessary
• Maintain detailed records of transactions and prepare daily trading reports
• Identify and report any operational risks or irregularities promptly

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
• Prior experience in trading, order execution, or trading operations is a plus
• Strong understanding of financial markets and derivatives
• High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheet
• Proficiency in trading systems is a plus
• Ability to work flexible hours aligned with market trading sessions
• Ability to communicate in spoken and written Mandarin is a MUST
