- $85,000 – $95,000 package (based on experience)
- 4-day work week most weeks

About The RoleAs Head Chef, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the kitchen while maintaining high food standards, labour targets, and a positive kitchen culture.Key Responsibilities
- Lead kitchen operations across lunch, dinner and function service
- Manage, train and motivate BOH team members
- Maintain consistency, quality and presentation across all dishes
- Rostering and labour cost control
- Ordering, stock control and supplier management
- Minimise wastage and maximise efficiency
- Ensure all food safety, hygiene and WHS standards are met
- Work collaboratively with venue management and Executive Chef
- Assist with menu development, seasonal specials and continuous improvement
- Drive standards, accountability and professionalism across the team
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years previous experience as Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a busy venue
- Strong leadership presence and calm under pressure
- Proven ability to manage high-volume service
- Sound understanding of food cost, labour cost and GP targets
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Passion for quality food and team culture
- Reliable, punctual and solutions-focused attitude
- Available nights, weekends and peak trading periods
