Compensation & Benefits
- $350,000 $450,000/year earning potential
- Year 1 guaranteed base salary: $325,000
- Transitions to RVU-based compensation after the first year
- Year-end production bonus ($50 per RVU above threshold)
- $750/month APP supervision compensation
- 100% paid malpractice + tail coverage
- Retirement plan with employer match

- Concierge services (key pickup, grocery shopping, Christmas gift wrapping, etc.)
Job/Practice Description: Endocrinologist
- Full-Time -Longview, Texas
- Join a group that offers a very large referral base and is the areas preferred provider network of employed providers
- Mon-Fri 8-5, 15-20 patients per day
- can do 100% outpatient or 90% outpatient and 10% inpatient
- group has 3 physicians with 2 APPs - the clinic runs super smooth and has Pulmonary, Rheum and Endo services
- 1 Endo just retired. 0 Endo's currently.
- DBE and dietician in the clinic

- Endocrinologist H1B accepted
