- Diploma of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA equivalent) required.
- Demonstrated educator experience, preferably in long day care or preschool.
- Current first aid, anaphylaxis, and asthma management certifications plus Working with Children Check clearance.

What you’ll be doing
- Plan and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate learning programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework
- Create a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment that fosters children’s curiosity and love of learning
- Observe, document, and assess children’s progress, using this information to individualise learning experiences
- Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and the wider community
- Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve teaching practices and the overall learning environment
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures
What we’re looking for
- A Diploma of Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification
- Demonstrated experience as an Educator, preferably in a long day care or preschool setting
- Experience as a Room Leader (desirable)
- Strong understanding of child development and pedagogical best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to supporting the holistic development of young children
- Current first aid, anaphylaxis, and asthma management certifications
- Working with Children Check clearance
- Responsible Person experience or willingness to be trained (advantageous)
