We’re looking for a skilled and reliable Roll Maker to join our kitchen team. Your RoleAs a Roll Maker, you’ll be responsible for preparing sushi rolls on a consistent standard during service. This includes rolling, cutting, plating, and maintaining consistency, speed, and presentation. You’ll work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service and quality output. Key Responsibilities

• Preparing sushi rolls (hand rolls, cut rolls, inside out rolls)
• portion control
• Maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards
• Assisting with prep and restocking during service
• Working efficiently during busy periods

Requirements

• Previous roll making experience preferred
