Join Treescape as a Diesel Mechanic based at our Wellington Depot and put your expertise to work diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing a diverse fleet of diesel-powered vehicles and equipment.

  What you’ll bring:
• Minimum relevant trade qualification (e.g., Heavy Automotive / Diesel, Automotive Engineering Level 3, Welding Certificate Level 4) or equivalent hands-on experience
• Minimum 3-5 years' experience servicing and repairing heavy vehicles, diesel plant, and/or mobile equipment
• Full Class 1 licence (Class 2 a bonus)
• Strong fault-finding skills across diesel engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems
• Safety-first mindset & strong communication
• Comfortable with job documentation, service records, and using diagnostic tools/software
• Physically fit and able to work in a workshop and outdoor environments
• Undergo preemployment drug and alcohol testing and medical
• Pass MOJ check
