A Tier 1, employee-owned contractor is expanding its Infrastructure division and hiring a Chief Estimator to lead from the front.
You’ll report directly to the Pre-Construction Director and take ownership of:
• Major transit & transportation bids• High-value infrastructure pursuits• Estimating strategy across multiple large-scale projects
This is not a back-office role.You are driving how projects are won.

🔥 What You’ll Be Leading
• Roads, highways & interchanges• Bridges & major structures• LRT / BRT transit systems• Airports & large infrastructure programs

⚙️ What You’ll Own
• Full oversight of pre-construction & estimating performance• Bid strategy, risk analysis & cost optimisation• Conceptual estimating → tender submission• Constructability input & innovation strategies• Leadership of high-performing estimating teams• Stakeholder engagement across clients, consultants & partners

🎯 Who This Is For
