Restaurant Manager - High End Modern British Restaurant Southend-On-Sea

Elysium Group are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the FOH team at Mimosa Restaurant, Southend-on-Sea.Mimosa is a 100 cover restaurant located at the luxury Cifftown Shore development offering high end Modern British Cuisine, using fresh high quality authentic ingredients to produce innovative and exciting dishes all freshly prepared to order. In addition to the restaurant operation, Mimosa will also operate as a boutique hotel offering 11 individually designed rooms.The successful candidate will have on offer;

• A salary of £30,000.00 - £42,000.00 Per annum, depending on experience
