- Playing Ability: Minimum UTR 9 (Men) / UTR 8 (Women). (Former D1, ITF, or ATP/WTA ranked players strongly preferred.)
- Coaching Background: Experience running drills for competitive juniors.
- Sales & Communication: High emotional intelligence. You must be comfortable talking to parents, converting trial lessons, and retaining students.
- Adaptability: Willing to work with both high-performance juniors AND adult recreational players.

- OPT Graduates (STEM or Non-STEM) are STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO APPLY.
- Visa Sponsorship: We are prepared to sponsor work visas (H-1B or P-1) for exceptional candidates after the OPT period expires.
Why You Should Apply (The "Attractors")
- Financial Safety Net: A guaranteed monthly floor ($3k-$4k) while you build your book of business.
- Uncapped Upside: $70/hr average plus private lesson revenue.
- The "Build" Factor: You have a chance to be Coach #1 or #2. As we hire 3 more coaches to reach 9, you will likely move into a Senior or Managing position.
