This mid-level position is structured as an accessible career step for entry-level finance administrators, customer service agents with strong numerical aptitudes, or business graduates looking to secure a specialized corporate role. Working within a fast-paced environment, the successful candidate will act as the critical link between our consumer energy accounts and our internal digital technology teams, ensuring swift billing resolution and maintaining peak customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesBilling Anomaly Resolution: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve incoming mid-level billing discrepancies regarding high-consumption usage accounts, variable tariff structures, and system errors.Account Ticket Management: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of account and invoice disputes using retail billing platforms, ensuring all commercial service level agreements (SLAs) are met or exceeded.Process Performance Documentation: Author clear, concise operational processes, internal reconciliation logs, and customer-facing billing FAQs to streamline future problem-solving.Cross-Functional Escalation: Efficiently isolate complex, system-wide data bugs and escalate them with detailed financial notes to senior revenue assurance and systems engineering teams.Customer Account Support: Guide large enterprise accounts through automated invoicing configurations, custom reporting setups, and platform updates, translating complex utility tariffs into easily understood breakdowns.Requirements & QualificationsExperience: Some experience in a corporate billing environment, customer-facing retail support, commercial administration, or financial operations.Technical Skill Set: Practical familiarity with CRM platforms, enterprise resource databases, automated billing software, and spreadsheet modeling (intermediate Excel formulas or basic SQL query knowledge is highly advantageous).Analytical Capabilities: Excellent deductive reasoning and numerical skills to systematically isolate usage patterns and data synchronization errors.Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to explain complex energy billing calculations calmly and clearly to everyday commercial users.Pay: From $5,600.00 per monthBenefits:
