Tower Limited is a New Zealand-based general insurer that provides personal and business insurance products such as home, contents, vehicle, travel, and small business cover across New Zealand and the Pacific Islands.A Claims Handler (also called a Claims Consultant in many insurance companies) is responsible for managing insurance claims from the time they are reported until they are settled. The role involves investigating claims, communicating with customers, assessing policy coverage, and ensuring claims are resolved fairly and efficiently. Job Description Typical responsibilities include:
  • Receive and register insurance claims.
  • Review insurance policies to determine coverage.
  • Investigate claims by gathering evidence, reports, and supporting documents.
  • Communicate with customers, repairers, medical providers, assessors, and other stakeholders.
  • Assess claim validity and negotiate settlements.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate claim records.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance regulations.
  • Provide excellent customer service throughout the claims process.
  • Identify and report suspicious or potentially fraudulent claims.

Pay: $4,800.00 – $7,500.00 per monthBenefits:
