- Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.
- Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6, ensuring realistic timelines and resource allocations.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth project progression.
- Monitor project progress against milestones and budgets; implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across all stages of construction.
- Utilise Civil 3D for design review and site planning activities.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
- Oversee procurement processes and ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Lead project meetings, communicate effectively with all stakeholders, and resolve issues promptly.
- Prioritise tasks efficiently through excellent time management skills to meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 for project scheduling and management.
- Experience with Civil 3D for civil design and site planning is highly desirable.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent time management capabilities.
- Demonstrated leadership ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams effectively.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to construction sites.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A recognised qualification in Construction Management or Civil Engineering is preferred but not essential.
