Responsibilities

• Perform general dentistry procedures, including exams, cleanings, fillings, crowns, and extractions
• Conduct patient assessments and diagnose oral health issues
• Develop individualized treatment plans and communicate options clearly using accurate dental terminology
• Perform dental extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, endodontic procedures, and oral surgery as needed
• Maintain accurate, compliant medical documentation in accordance with HIPAA standards
• Operate dental imaging equipment and interpret results for diagnostic purposes
• Adhere strictly to aseptic techniques and infection control protocols

Experience & Qualifications

• Proven clinical experience in a general dentistry setting
• Proficiency with dental practice management software
• Experience with pediatric dentistry is a plus
• Strong understanding of medical terminology, imaging, and records management
• Familiarity with dental fabrication processes and endodontic procedures
• Ability to confidently perform extractions, root canals, and prosthodontic services
• Excellent patient care, communication, and education skills

Schedule

• Full-time, Monday–Friday

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active (or eligibility for) Massachusetts dental license
• DEA license and CPR/BLS certification
• Comfortable practicing full-scope general dentistry
• Experience treating both adult and pediatric patients preferred
• Strong treatment-planning and case-presentation skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume practice
• Team-oriented mindset with a focus on collaboration and patient care
• Open to mentorship and working alongside specialists in a multi-specialty setting
• New graduates welcome; experience in similar practice environments is a plus
