Business Development Manager – Construction / Geotech (High Commission Role)

Sydney / Remote | Flexible WorkingWe are looking for a driven Business Development Manager from the construction industry to help grow our geotechnical and site services business across NSW.This is a high-reward, commission-based opportunity for someone who has strong industry connections and wants to earn based on performance.What We Do:At Aussies Geotech Labs, we support builders and contractors with:

• Soil testing & Level 1 supervision
• concrete testing
• Inspections
• geotechnical investigation and design
• Excavation & trenching
• Directional drilling
• Service locating
• Environmental & spoil classification

We handle everything from investigation to executionYour Role:

• Identify and secure new projects (builders, developers, contractors)
• Leverage your existing network and relationships
• Speak with clients and understand scope of work
• Coordinate with our team to prepare and send quotes
• Close deals and build long-term client relationships
