The post holder will teach in an environment that values collaboration, innovation, and professional growth. The post holder will deliver high-quality teaching and learning that inspires, challenges, and supports all students to achieve their full potential through engaging lessons aligned with the National Curriculum and the academy’s vision for excellence. They will foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment, promoting high standards of behaviour, progress, and achievement. Through effective assessment, feedback, and differentiation, the teacher will ensure that every student is supported and stretched according to their needs. The role also involves contributing to the wider life of the academy, including enrichment activities, pastoral support, and professional collaboration to continually enhance teaching practice and student outcomes.
We are especially keen to hear from candidates with a strong Physics specialism or real confidence in delivering Physics across KS3 - KS5. Your expertise will play a vital role in inspiring students and driving achievement across the subject.
