We are seeking an experienced Mobile Crane Mechanic to join our growing team. This role is essential to maintaining our modern fleet of mobile cranes, ensuring they operate safely, reliably, and efficiently across a range of construction, industrial, and infrastructure projects. Or fleet consists of Liebherr, Tadona, Terex, Grove, Franna as well as Prime Movers such as DAF Kenworth etc.You will be responsible for diagnosing, servicing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of mobile cranes and related equipment, both in our workshop and on site as required.Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out scheduled servicing and preventative maintenance on mobile cranes
  • Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults
  • Perform breakdown repairs and emergency call-outs when required
  • Complete inspection reports and maintenance documentation
  • Ensure all work complies with safety standards and manufacturer requirements
  • Work collaboratively with operators, riggers, and site teams

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • Trade qualification as a Heavy Diesel Mechanic or equivalent (essential)
  • Minimum 3 years of heavy diesel mechanic experience required
  • Experience working on mobile cranes or heavy plant (highly regarded)
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Commitment to workplace health and safety
  • Current driver's licence (HR licence preferred)
  • Construction White Card
  • Visa sponsorship available for suitable candidates
