Cafe / Restaurant Manager

Epilogue Enterprises is searching for a Full-Time Restaurant Manager!Situated in the heart of picturesque Alice Springs (NT), we operate Page 27 Café and Epilogue Lounge, beloved by locals and tourists alike for breakfast, lunch, dinner, cocktails, and live music.We are also excited to announce the upcoming opening of The Tropic of Capricorn—a stylish, family-friendly venue featuring a spacious beer gardenAn exciting opportunity has opened up for a new Cafe / Restaurant Manager to run the venue and its team.A list of duties and responsibilities are included to but not limited to those below:

• Recruiting, Rostering, Training and Supervision of staff.
• Oversee the quality of food and beverages.
• Delivering fantastic service to customers.
• Co-create menu ideas.
• Promoting and marketing the business.
• Resolve customer complaints in a positive manner.
• Prepare end of day till balancing.
• Monitor and control stock levels.
• Opening and closing the cafes, bars and restaurant efficiently on rostered days.
• Be responsible for service during operational hours, including taking reservations, orders, bill preparation, etc.
• Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation.

The successful applicant will:

• Be motivated and passionate about hospitality.
• Show excellent customer service skills.
• Have outstanding leadership and communication skills.
• Have a positive attitude, an enthusiastic personality and a winning smile.
• Be professional and well spoken.
• Have mixology experience.
• Have the ability to work weekends and late nights.
• Have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

This will be a permanent full-time position with an annual salary (based on experience) between 65k - 79k + SuperJob Type: Full-timePay: $65,000.00 – $79,000.00 per yearBenefits:
