Begin date: 10/1/2026 Full Time: Yes Number of Workers Requested: 6 Job Duties: Workers will perform winter property maintenance services for commercial and residential properties. Workers will remove snow and ice from sidewalks, entryways, driveways, pathways, and parking areas using hand tools such as shovels and walk-behind snow blowers. No work will be performed on highways or municipal roads. Workers will apply salt and other de-icing materials to prevent hazardous conditions. Duties include clearing walkways, spreading ice melt, and performing general winter storm cleanup to ensure safe access to properties. Workers will prepare for snow events by organizing and stocking materials, including loading and distributing supplies such as bags of ice melt. Workers will also clean and maintain tools and equipment after use. All snow removal duties are performed manually at ground level. Job Classification: 37-2011.00 - Janitors and Cleaners, Except Maids and Housekeeping Cleaners Experience Required: Yes Months of Experience Required: 1 Special Requirements: 1 month of related experience required. Must lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Employees must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed based on weather conditions to perform snow removal duties. Additional hours may be offered depending on weather conditions, business needs, and operational demands. Work hours may vary, and weather conditions such as extreme cold, snow, or storms may impact the exact schedule. The workers will be subject to drug testing upon workers, US and foreign/H-2B. The workers are subject to employment criminal background checks, paid by the employer and applied qually to all workers, US and foreign/H-2B. Number of Hours Per Week: 35 Work Schedule (Start/End time): 7:30 A.M. - 3:30 P.M.
