Our sensors see what cameras can't — 24/7, in any weather, with privacy at source.Customers and partners include Politie, Gemeente Den Haag, Gemeente Amsterdam, Koninklijke Marechaussee, KLM, and TU Delft.The roleWe're hiring our first Radar AI Engineer. You'll own the full pipeline end-to-end:

• Train deep-learning models for radar perception, multi-target tracking, 3D ego-motion, activity recognition, and vital-signs detection
• Ship them to the edge (ONNX, TensorRT, edge TPUs) so they run on the sensor itself
• Own the FMCW / MIMO / beamforming signal stack
• Validate in stadiums, smart buildings, and defense platforms
• Work shoulder-to-shoulder with founders, customers, and TU Delft

You'll thrive here if you

• Hold an MSc or PhD in AI/ML, EE, Signal Processing, CS, or related field
• Are fluent in PyTorch (or TensorFlow), Python, and ideally Rust or C/C++ for embedded deployment
• Have hands-on experience deploying ML on resource-constrained hardware
• Care about privacy-first technology and are comfortable with dual-use (commercial + responsible defense) applications
• Are EU-based or eligible to work in the Netherlands (we sponsor highly-skilled-migrant visa + 30%-ruling for the right candidate)
