Duties
- Analyse business and customer data to identify trends, performance insights, and improvement opportunities.
- Deliver actionable insights to support business strategy, customer engagement, and operational efficiency.
- Support project delivery through data analysis, reporting, and technical recommendations.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking using SQL, Excel, and BI tools.
- Conduct analysis activities such as A/B testing, performance measurement, ROI analysis, and trend evaluation.
- Collaborate with business, digital, CRM, marketing, and technical teams to support organisational objectives.
- Translate complex technical and business data into clear reports and recommendations for stakeholders.
- Support process improvement initiatives and identify opportunities for innovation and optimisation.
- Assist with stakeholder management, requirement gathering, and business analysis activities.
- Ensure reporting accuracy, data quality, and compliance with organisational standards.
Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with SQL, Excel, and Business Intelligence tools.
- Ability to interpret complex data and present insights clearly.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience working in project or consultancy environments.
- Understanding of business processes, reporting, and performance analysis.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience in customer analytics, CRM, loyalty, or digital transformation projects is desirable.
- Knowledge of reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms is advantageous.
