About You You’re not just experienced — you’re adaptable.You’ve built and integrated complex hardware-software systems before, perhaps in aerospace, robotics, automotive, or advanced instrumentation. But more importantly, you’re comfortable when things aren’t fully defined.
In this role, you’ll:

• Work closely with scientists in lab environments, learning how systems behave in practice
• Translate emerging scientific goals into evolving engineering requirements
• Develop living system architectures that reflect reality — not just theory
• Drive integration, validation, and system-level testing strategies
• Balance rigour with flexibility in a fast-moving R&D environment

You don’t need prior quantum experience — curiosity, humility, and the ability to learn quickly matter far more.
