We are seeking a Store Supervisor who will inspire the team through their commitment to excellent customer service and a people-first leadership style. As a Store Supervisor, you will:1. Oversee daily store operations and ensure a smooth and effective workflow2. Motivate the team to meet sales objectives by training and supervising staff3. Assign staff to daily tasks, supervise the team works4. Provide excellent customer service, assisting with inquiries and resolving issues5. Manage stock levels, report to Recruitment Manager and order new stock6. Maintain outstanding store conditions and visual merchandising standards7. Meet sales targets. Manage work schedule and wage targets to optimize productivity8. Identify opportunities to grow the team and team skillsAbout You:1. At least 1 year experience in retail or a supervisory role2. Diploma or above in the filed of management is strongly preferred3. Strong leadership and communication skills4. Excellent organizational, time management and multitasking skills5. Customer-focused mindset with a problem-solving attitude6. Availability to work flexible hours7. A current/valid police check or a willingness to obtain if successfulWhat We Offer:1.
