Hotel Duty Manager

We also boast an in-demand hotel of 68 deluxe rooms.Springsure is a terrific country town and perfect for someone who loves the Australian outback and the great outdoors.You must have proven experience in managing a bar, food service, gaming and with the ability to learn or have some motel reception capability.Candidates must possess at least 1 - 2 years of bar management experience to be considered for this position.Full bistro and bottleshop management experience is essential for overseeing our successful food service and retail operations.Applicants must demonstrate gaming management experience to handle our comprehensive gaming operations.You must have an RSA and RSG and senior experience in bar work, managing and till reconciliation, invoicing and stock control.The ideal candidate will also have experience with Keno/TAB, accommodation/reservations management and gaming management systems, but this isn't essential if we find you to be the right fit.This role is not 9 to 5 and needs someone willing to pitch in where necessary, supported by a fabulous team.It is a very busy hotel so this job requires someone who is motivated, has a strong work ethic, loves hospitality and has proven customer skills.We know it's hard to find great people, but we know there's someone out there who can step up to the challenge of leading and coaching a team and is willing to roll up their sleeves to keep our pub running smoothly.What we promise is an exciting job in which no day is the same!
