- Organise and facilitate evidence‑based training for staff to ensure the highest standard possible.
- Offer education to families to support them with infant feeding choices and create peer‑support communities.
- Maintain Baby Friendly Level 3 status within the department and manage all associated processes.
- Collaborate with individuals and teams inside and outside the department to promote the service and improve support for women throughout their infant‑feeding journey.
Qualifications
- Must be eligible to work in the United Kingdom or meet the criteria for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker visa route.
