Shift Manager

Papa John's is looking for a Shift Manager to join our team and help lead our store operations to success!As a Shift Manager at Papa John's, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store during your shift. You will lead a team of pizza makers, delivery drivers, and customer service representatives to ensure the highest quality of service and product delivery to our customers.Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise all aspects of the store during scheduled shifts.
• Ensure that all team members adhere to Papa John's operational and food safety standards.
• Manage, maintain, and report daily stock of all food and beverage items and ensure that food deliveries are correctly checked and stored.
• Controlling costs on a daily basis to impact the profitability of the store
• Maintaining a positive brand image and service standards including uniform/presentation standards and our philosophy on customer service.
• Train and develop team members to deliver exceptional customer service and product quality.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Assist with scheduling and labour management to ensure adequate staffing levels.
• Drive sales by promoting Papa John's products and services.
• Uphold Papa John's brand standards and values at all times.
• Perform opening and closing duties as required.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Managing of KPI compliance.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in the food service industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays as needed.
• Must be reliable and punctual.
• Food Safety Certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
