HR/Controller Company Overview Club Care is a leading landscaping and grounds management company serving Southwest Florida. We provide comprehensive landscape services to commercial, residential, and municipal clients through out the region. Position Summary We are seeking an experienced HR Compliance Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources compliance, workplace safety, and immigration processes. This role is critical in ensuring Club Care and other entities maintains full compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while supporting our diverse workforce. Key Responsibilities Compliance Management ● Ensure adherence to all Florida labor laws, wage and hour regulations, and employment standards ● Oversee ACA (Affordable Care Act) compliance and OSHA and reporting requirements ● Manage workers' compensation claims and safety programs ● Conduct regular compliance audits and implement corrective actions Immigration & Visa Administration ● Coordinate H1B visa applications, renewals, and compliance monitoring ● Partner with legal counsel on immigration matters and documentation ● Maintain I-9 verification processes and E-Verify compliance ● Manage seasonal worker visa programs (H-2B) as needed ● Ensure proper documentation for all foreign national employees Record Keeping & Documentation ● Maintain comprehensive employee files and compliance documentation ● Prepare and submit required government reports and filings ● Manage OSHA recordkeeping and injury/illness reporting ● Ensure proper retention of all HR and compliance records Safety & Training ● Develop and implement OSHA-compliant safety training programs ● Coordinate safety meetings and incident investigations ● Manage safety equipment procurement and maintenance ● Conduct new hire orientations and ongoing compliance training Required Qualifications ● 5+ years of HR experience with strong compliance focus ● Proven experience with Florida employment law and regulations ● Demonstrated expertise in visa/immigration compliance (H1B, H-2B preferred) ● Experience working with legal counsel on immigration matters ● Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety compliance ● Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred ● PHR, SHRM-CP, or similar HR certification preferred Essential Skills ● Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills ● Strong written and verbal communication abilities ● Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred ● Proficiency in HRIS systems and compliance software ● Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities ● Experience in landscaping/construction industry preferred Compensation & Benefits ● Competitive salary commensurate with experience ● Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance ● 401(k) with company match ● Paid time off and holidays ● Professional development opportunities Pay: $95,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Benefits:
