Location: Central New Jersey (Monmouth & Middlesex Counties)This position covers a service area including Monmouth and Middlesex Counties, such as Edison, Piscataway, and surrounding communities. Daily travel within the region is required. Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to partner with patients throughout their rehabilitation journey in a home health setting. The goal is to help patients restore mobility, improve function, and achieve their highest level of independence through evidence-based care. Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient needs and establish individualized treatment goals
• Deliver cost-effective therapies to improve mobility and functional outcomes
• Reduce dependency on medications and support non-surgical recovery options
• Develop and implement personalized care and treatment plans
• Design wellness, strength, balance, and flexibility programs tailored to patients
• Provide evidence-based interventions to support optimal recovery
• Motivate and guide patients throughout their rehabilitation process
• Promote healthy lifestyle habits and functional independence
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Requirements

• Valid Occupational Therapy license
• Graduate degree or higher in Occupational Therapy
• Proven experience as a Occupational Therapist preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to manage diverse patient populations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth
• Professional and ethical conduct at all times
• Ability to speak Gujarati and Hindi is required

Employment Type & Schedule

• Full Time / Part Time / Per Diem opportunities available
• Weekly hours: 20–29 or 30–40
