About the RoleWe are hiring Technical Product Managers to own some of the highest-leverage product areas end-to-end. This is not a traditional roadmap-execution role - you will define strategy, identify opportunities, and ship production-grade AI solutions that directly drive customer value and business growth.
You will work at the heart of the intersection between AI capabilities, complex domain workflows, and engineering execution. Ideal candidates have deep experience shipping technical B2B or AI products and thrive in ambiguous, high-ownership environments.
What You’ll Do

• Own product strategy and execution for major product areas - from problem discovery to launching and iterating on production solutions.
• Translate complex customer workflows and domain needs into clear specifications, agent behaviours, and product primitives that engineering teams can build upon.
• Partner closely with ML engineers, prompt architects, and domain experts to define how AI agents perform tasks, handle edge cases, and collaborate with humans.
• Prototype ideas quickly, run experiments, and validate concepts with users before full engineering cycles.
• Make thoughtful prioritisation decisions balancing technical complexity, model performance, customer impact, and revenue potential.
• Contribute to shaping the broader product vision as the company expands into new capabilities and verticals.

What We’re Looking For

• 5–10 years of Product Management experience, with a proven track record of launching and scaling technical AI-powered products. **if you do not have Agentic/AI product experience we will not be able to consider you for this opportunity.
• Strong technical intuition - you understand engineering tradeoffs and have worked closely with technical teams (ML/AI experience is highly valued).
• First-principles thinker with a builder mindset and high intellectual curiosity.
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and take end-to-end ownership.
• Passion for AI’s real-world applications and interest in structured, high-stakes domains.
