Clearance Requirements: None
Required Work Status: (USC, Green Card Holder, H1B, or any other visa)
Position Status: Contract to Hire
Pay Rate or Salary: $30-34/hr

Job Description
Job Summary: Responsible for delivering effective, efficient, and timely delivery of the Company’s line of services to multiple customers within an assigned geographic territory. Is provided a company vehicle and tools and travels to a variety of customer sites to maintain commercial properties. Performs perform preventative, corrective and predictive maintenance, troubleshooting and general service of buildings, equipment and grounds. Conducts “face to face” relationship with Customers to provide quality workmanship and high work standards to maintain a professional working environment. Utilizes multiple trade skills such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, HVAC, and additional skills as needed to solve maintenance problems.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Completes preventative maintenance and repairs per work order requirements. Self performs duties in compliance with company procedures, regulatory requirements, and safety standards:

- Ability to perform preventative, corrective, and predictive maintenance
- Experience with building mechanical systems such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical

Performs perform preventative, corrective and predictive maintenance, troubleshooting and general service of buildings, equipment and grounds. Utilizes multiple trade skills such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, HVAC, and additional skills as needed to solve maintenance problems.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Completes preventative maintenance and repairs per work order requirements. Self performs duties in compliance with company procedures, regulatory requirements, and safety standards:
- Performs minor plumbing maintenance (e.g., repair and unclog toilets, urinals, replace valves, fixtures, sensors for automatic flush kits)
- Performs routine painting, carpentry, and general maintenance (e.g., drywall repairs, painting to match original finish)
- Repairs walls, floors, doors, and performs touch-up work
- Performs minor electrical maintenance (e.g., replace fixtures, switches, outlets, bulbs)
- Completes service and asset inspections as needed
- Utilizes technology (tablet, smartphone) to access and complete work orders, submit reports, timesheets, and purchase logs
- Acquires necessary materials and supplies
- Maintains clear communication with clients and internal teams
- Completes required safety and compliance training
- Provides estimates for larger projects
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- HS diploma or equivalent, technical certifications in trades preferred
- 2-5 years of maintenance experience, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry
- Valid driver’s license in good standing
- Ability to read and follow instructions and safety policies
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and handheld devices
- Knowledge of OSHA standards and safety policies
- Experience in installation, maintenance, troubleshooting of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Ability to travel daily between properties
