Your Profile & DNA:We are seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead to drive the people side of business transformation initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring successful stakeholder engagement, organizational readiness, user adoption, and cultural alignment throughout the transformation lifecycle.
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Define and execute the overall Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategy.
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis and develop engagement plans.
  • Perform change impact assessments and identify affected business groups.
  • Develop and execute communication and stakeholder engagement strategies.
  • Establish and manage Change Champion/Ambassador networks.
  • Drive organizational readiness and user adoption activities.
  • Plan and coordinate training, awareness, and capability-building programs.
  • Conduct readiness assessments, user feedback sessions, and adoption surveys.
  • Identify resistance to change, assess adoption risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Support executive sponsors and leadership teams to drive alignment and engagement.
  • Develop governance frameworks, decision-making structures, and RACI matrices.
  • Lead cultural transformation initiatives and support new ways of working.
  • Track and report change progress, adoption metrics, readiness, risks, and overall transformation success.
  • Support Agile transformation initiatives.
  • Contribute to organizational design and operating model transformation.
  • Assist with workforce transition, HR change initiatives, and business restructuring.
  • Support mergers, acquisitions, outsourcing, and transition programs.
  • Lead culture transformation and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Perform change analytics and sentiment analysis.
  • Track benefits realization and business outcomes.
  • Drive adoption of digital workplace technologies, including Microsoft 365, AI, Automation, and ServiceNow.


Qualification & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience leading Organizational Change Management initiatives within large-scale business or digital transformation programs.
  • Strong knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter, or equivalent).
  • Experience with stakeholder management, communications, training, and organizational readiness.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders across business and technology teams.
  • Strong facilitation, coaching, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Change Management certification (Prosci, APMG, or equivalent).
  • Experience supporting Agile and digital transformation programs.
  • Knowledge of organizational design and operating model transformation.
  • Experience with enterprise platforms such as Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, AI, and Automation solutions.
  • Familiarity with change analytics, employee engagement, and benefits realization tracking.
