Your job As a paralegal, you provide broad support to colleagues within the organization in the drafting of agreements and other documents. In doing so, you contribute to preventing (legal) questions and issues. In addition, you carry out diverse tasks within the field of self-management and maintain your own case portfolio. You act as the connecting factor between internal stakeholders and Legal Affairs, and you know how to find your way within a complex organization. Your tasks and responsibilities include:

In addition to these first-rate employee benefits, you will of course receive a good salary. We offer, depending on your experience, a competitive gross salary of between €3.482,- and €4.929,- for a full-time working week of 36 hours, in accordance with the CLA Wageningen Research (scale 9). As for your contract, we initially offer a one-year contract for 32 hours per week that can be extended - if possible within (company) organizational circumstances - on good performance. We encourage development and internal mobility within our organisation. Our recruitment and selection policy sets out the conditions that apply specifically to you as a (former) employee. - Drafting and reviewing legal (standard/template) agreements and handling them, potentially in collaboration with the lawyer(s);
- Advising colleagues in advance;
- Managing correspondence with various (internal) clients;
- Handling legal files, both simple and administrative;
- Contributing to the translation of various developments within the organization;
- Taking over the duties of our administrative staff member during their absence.

- HBO-level (higher professional education) working and thinking level. A completed Bachelor degree in Law is an advantage;
- Relevant work experience within a complex (international) organization or in the field of advising and drafting and managing contracts;
- You are resilient and able to perform well under pressure while setting clear priorities;
- You can collaborate effectively to reach pragmatic solutions in a team setting;
- You enjoy working independently, are proactive, and take ownership of your responsibilities.
