- Supervising staff and assigning duties.
- Opening and closing the business.
- Ensuring excellent customer service.
- Handling customer complaints and resolving issues.
- Monitoring cash handling and daily sales.
- Managing staff schedules and breaks.
- Ensuring health, safety, and security procedures are followed.
- Maintaining stock levels and coordinating inventory.
- Training and supporting team members.
- Preparing reports for senior management.
