Duty Manager

This role is common in hotels, restaurants, retail stores, supermarkets, and entertainment venues. Job description Typical responsibilities include:

• Supervising staff and assigning duties.
• Opening and closing the business.
• Ensuring excellent customer service.
• Handling customer complaints and resolving issues.
• Monitoring cash handling and daily sales.
• Managing staff schedules and breaks.
• Ensuring health, safety, and security procedures are followed.
• Maintaining stock levels and coordinating inventory.
• Training and supporting team members.
• Preparing reports for senior management.

Pay: $4,200.00 – $6,000.00 per monthBenefits:
