(subject to review and approval) About the Role: ________________________________________ Lead the future of safe, high-quality medicines use at Canberra Health Services. We’re seeking an experienced and motivated pharmacist to take on a pivotal leadership role in medication safety, quality improvement and clinical governance across CHS. In this role, you’ll shape system level improvements, guide a multidisciplinary safety team, and partner with clinicians to deliver safer, more effective and person-centred care. The responsibility of this position is to provide clinical leadership, management, and coordination of medication safety and quality activities.
